2023 Year End and 2024 Budget
@The Board, I had a request somewhere here from a few weeks back. I asked if ownership can be mailed the year end financials and the 2024 budget stupidly expecting 30 days was plenty of time. The 2023 Y/E Financials should have been in the Treasurer’s hands by end of January. The 2024 Budget was to be approved prior the first meeting of the year and ratified by the Board at the first meeting of the year.
I haven’t seen financials or a budget in 2 years now. I have heard mention a time or two from Sharon these materials are posted on the website. Where 🤷🏻♂️? Nothing regarding financials or budgets is current.
Maybe Lori can whip some common sense into this year’s Board. She knows right from wrong and what is expected of a Board regarding providing ownership the financial documents all owners used to receive by mail every year except these last two.
