Navajo County has a few options to reduce property tax burdens to select folks such as widows/widowers, Veterans, disabled, and seniors.

Make sure to plan now to attend the Annual Meeting! It is Saturday, Feb 21, 2026; 10:00 AM at the Heber, AZ Firehouse.
On Sunday, Feb 1, 2026 starting at 12:00 noon at the Ramada, I will be assisting in the PIT survey for Navajo County.
It is 100% VOLUNTARY, ANONYMOUS, and non-intrusive. There will be NO inspectors or government officials.The surveys help the local Foodshelves know how much food and emergency assistance they can recieve. It is essential for the county to know how many folks could use the help so that the monies are allocated more in our area instead of most of it going to Maricopa or other counties.
Stop by and fill out a survey! As a thank you, there will be practical items available possibly ranging from blankets, propane vouchers, and alfalfa. I will update the items once I have them confirmed.
