Statment from HOFD regarding service area:
Chevelon Canyon is outside of Heber-Overgaard Fire District's boundaries; however we do respond to fire and EMS (medical) calls there. In the case of any emergency, please call 911 and they will dispatch the closest available agency to respond to your call. It is helpful if you let the dispatcher know that you are located in Chevelon Canyon when providing your location. It is also highly recommended that everyone know their location and have their address posted somewhere visible so that we are able to locate you in as timely a manner as possible.
