377 Road Work

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for lane restrictions along State Route 377 between Holbrook and Heber-Overgaard as a new shoulder widening project starts on Wednesday, April 1.

Drivers should plan for delays and expect the following restrictions from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays:

SR 377 will be reduced to one lane only in 2-mile segments with alternating north- and southbound travel between mileposts 8-13.

Vehicles will be directed through the work zone by flaggers and a pilot car.

A 12-foot vehicle-width restriction will be in place.

Drivers need to be prepared to make frequent stops when approaching and driving through the work zone and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the restrictions are in place.

Solar panels removed from well 2

People are asking what happen to the solar panels at well 2. Please give us a status on this. Need a update on the whole project that was suppose to save our community money on the wells. Thanks

Hello John,

I appreciate your concern.

All the panels have been disassembled and stored inside the pumphouse. This is in preparation for the new racking. The Project is progressing slowly but surely. Our goal is the same ,eventually , we will be pumping water with solar.
