Yearly regular assessments are usually due by the end of January of that year. Log onto your account on Sentry Managment and you should find where you can pay them.

Hey neighbors!
I have a few specialty tomoato transplants Im giving away to good homes. They are root bound & need potting up or transplanting. They should do well with plenty of water.
All are from Baker Creek Seeds. They were planted in organic soil with added mushroom compost. No added chemicals for fertilizer.
I have:
6 Green Giant, about 7 inches tall;
10 Black Beauty, about 6 inches tall;

Well 1 is having issues keeping the tank full. The current power source for the well is not meeting current demand.
The board will be using a loaner generator from Phil Stratton Electric to run Well 1 until permanent repairs can be completed.
The generator is installed and working at this time but water may still be limited until final repairs and upgrades are completed.
Well 2 is still available for water service.

hey guys if you see rusty the grader operator tell him thanks for me, he did a great job on Golden Eagle!!
Hopefully they get to the west end of Elwood Rd soon it hasn't been touched in over 3 years and nature is starting to reclaim it... but yes they are doing a great job on what they have done so far.
