On Sunday, Feb 1, 2026 starting at 12:00 noon at the Ramada, I will be assisting in the PIT survey for Navajo County.
It is 100% VOLUNTARY, ANONYMOUS, and non-intrusive. There will be NO inspectors or government officials.The surveys help the local Foodshelves know how much food and emergency assistance they can recieve. It is essential for the county to know how many folks could use the help so that the monies are allocated more in our area instead of most of it going to Maricopa or other counties.
Stop by and fill out a survey! As a thank you, there will be practical items available possibly ranging from blankets, propane vouchers, and alfalfa. I will update the items once I have them confirmed.

So I received a letter from Sentry management stating "It was decided to not increase the annual assessments for 20206" a couple months ago. I just received my assessment for 2026 and instead of $300.00 like last year it is now $348.00. I have called and left many messages for the POC on the first letter(Laura Nevarez, the other one on there no longer works there) and have gotten no calls returned. Any one else seen an increase? Hoping it is just a clerical error.

These dogs have been seen running around over by the maintenance yard. Do they belong to you or anybody you know? If so, call me 916 757 4415
Loose dogs are everywhere out here, I have livestock so if they come to my property they probably won't leave!!!!

Happy Holidays everyone! The last meeting of this calendar year will be held at the Heber-Overgaard Fire Department community meeting room. The date of the meeting will be December 13th and will start promptly at 10:00 AM.
There will also be a zoom meeting for those that wish to attend virtually.

Isn’t there a locally (Arizona)owned management company? We need to keep our assessment monies in state why send them so far?
Sentry management is nationwide although there is a local office in Phoenix. We had a local company in the past and they failed us miserably.
This is a highly rated company. They should represent the ranch well.

Just received the Board nominations form in the mail.
If you are thinking of running for the board, fill it out! You can snail mail it to the address given or email it.
Did it happen to have the date for the next meeting and the location? I sent an email to the board about where the fire wise and forestry management project was happening at but haven't received anything back, that was about a month ago. I'm going to have to ask about it at the next meeting if I can get there.
Just to verify, the flyer says the 1st, your pist says the 2nd. Which day is correct? Or is it both days? Thank you.
