This is NOT the official notice/information from the new Board, just observations from my attendance! Keep an eye out for Official announcements from the Board.
Quorum was reached and votes were tabulated. Four directors were elected by the members and one appointment was made to equal a Board of five.
President = Eddie Bohi
Vice President = Allen Platte
Secretary/Treasurer = Paula Platte

Who does everyone use for property insurance out at the ranch? We are struggling to find good coverage until we build a official dwelling.

The Annual Meeting to elect our Board and conduct business is this Saturday, Feb 21st. 10am at the Heber/Overgaard Firehouse.
Ballots will be available for you to vote if you did not recieve one in the mail.
Be sure to attend even if you already sent in your ballot!

10:00 AM Call to Order.
1. Attendance of Board Members.
2. Call for volunteers to count ballots (not votes) to establish quorum
-If quorum is not met, an announcement for continuation date/ time/location is made followed by immediate adjournment.
3. Approve previous meeting minutes.
4. Comments from Board.

I planted tulips last late fall. I seen today that many of them are already starting to emerge.

Just a reminder that in about a week & a half there will be the voluntary PIT survey at the Ramada. There will be items available to give a little extra help for your needs such as blankets, coats, propane savings coupons, alfalfa (limited quantities), and more.
If you or someone you know on the ranch that could use the extra help, please attend.
The 100% voluntary survey only takes a few minutes and will help give the foodshelf and other places a more accurate picture of how much to offer help to those in need.

January 2026 Update.
Well one has been repaired.....again....! Please notify us if it stops working again.
Ramada WIFI has been repaired. Name - ccrramada!!! Password - ccrramada!!! (yes its the same, and yes its all lower case)
Well two WIFI has been installed. Same login and password.
Grader has been busy, now working on the Far SW section of the ranch that none of us can ever remember having been graded before. WELL DONE Road Crew!!!
Website continues to evolve. Next steps adding cameras to observe the trash cans.
After adding my shed and con-ex I had the same problem. My homeowners insurance for my house in Pinetop is with State Farm, but without a real house on the property the only coverage they would offer was a "rental" policy.
Basically, covering my possessions at the property (including shed, con-ex, well house, etc...) for fire, theft or vandalism.
