Communication concerns
I am still feeling a significant lack of communication regarding meetings, decisions, budget etc. How would a property owner join a board meeting? And if they are unable to join, where are the minutes published? The calendar said a preliminary budget was due 10/31. What was the outcome of that? What about mailing of the newsletter and board nomination forms?
