Very hopeful
Following yesterday's meeting we have more hope and feel more positive than we have in a long time. The board members seem to have a common sense approach and the best interests of the Ranch in mind vs some previous agendas that were more about ego and control.
Lori is a huge asset and we were impressed with everyone else who spoke as well. I think Allen is a great addition. Thank you all.

Thank you for the kind comments, it's a work in progress and the board is committed to improving the community, the budget is common sense and the road crew should be on the job soon. Our biggest issue is past due collections and we should be addressing the top non payers this year.
