Unfortunately, the 2023 Budget and billing have not been approved. We are working with your board members to complete this ASAP. As soon as we have an update, we will send out communication to the entire association. Any inquiries will be forwarded to the board to answer directly.

This late in the game I’d use the 2022 budget and get that approved. As for the annual assessment billings, that should have been initiated a month ago. I did manage to soak in some knowledge during my term with Jerry, Julie, Brian and Holly Cox.
