Happy Monday board. Thank you for notarizing the correct bylaws. Please find the time to update our operating documents on this website as soon as you are able. I noticed previously it took no time at all to update the other versions you all constructed and amended. Interestingly, (maybe only to me) the correct bylaws weren't published lickety-split as well. I wonder why that is the case. 😎 It would be a shame for anyone to believe what is currently published is the correct document. Also, I noticed on the agenda for last week's meeting that Standard Operating Procedures for some of the operations of the ranch were created. Great job. 😀 Best Regards
