In the minutes from March I brought up the legality of driving the trucks on hutch rd.and was told that the truck's only used hutch rd once or twice a day since then I have seen the truck's on hutch rd at least ten times a day three days a week in the minutes they said the trucks were licensed which is not true if they were there would not be a problem I worked for the roads crew and brought this issue up then I don't think the board should be making decisions that put all of us at risk

@Julie Schillinger if these trucks are licensed and registered and drivers have proper endorsements and we were shown said items then we would not be having this conversation. We are worried about liability to the hoa property owners since they posted access to the public. Negligence is not an excuse.
