Good evening neighbors,
My name is Eddie Bohi , I am the new Board chair for the wells. I am also responsible for our common areas and the trash removal. I have met some of you at our previous meetings., Although I know there are many folks around here who haven't been attending. I would like to encourage everyone to participate.
Myself and the board will be hosting a gardening party prior to our next meeting august 24th. The party starts 8 A.M. two hours before our meeting. To incentivize your participation, there will be sweet pastries and coffee in exchange for your labor of love.
Bring your tools and your sweet tooth, I thank you in advance for your participation. I look forward to a good turn out next month.🤞😊

One more thing Miss Tanya. I have on my own trying to work out a budget for a road crew it is almost impossible to get correct information from the board. I have come up with an annual assessment of over 250,000 dollars which can not be correct ( I believe its more) I even took into account a 10% loss of assessments. Even with this amount I have been able to budget in new equipment and able to secure hours for the work albeit not a full time job. The first and utmost priority for any board is to ensure assessments are collected on time and those that are not sent to collections. Do we even have a collection attorney probably not. What I have seen wasted by this board and others is shameful why should only the few benefit from this. Because they know someone on the board. I have ideas trying my best so put yourself forward and lets see what we can accomplish together. And I guarantee my pride for what I have will out shine anyone. Don’t ever tell me I have no pride in my community and neighbors.
