This is in response to all your replies on the simple question that I asked. Which was quote ( I hope the new board does not try to sell off the road equipment or anything that was bought for maintaining the roads).

I was expecting just a simple reply of YES or NO, Which you never answered. The replies seam to indicate that you are going to try to sell off the road equip.

Your replies to me were very unprofessional. As a member of the association I have the right to ask questions and get a decent reply. It seams like you don't work for the association but for your self's. May I remind you, YOU work for all the members of the association weather they have been here for 30 years or even 6 months. You vote for what the majority of the Association members want done, Not what you want. I believe you don't have the authority to sell any assets of the Association. If you do sell the road equipment what is next the Ramada then the wells?

I will bring my complaints to the board any way I want. Since I am writing it you can't change or delete it. This way there is a record of what I said and the Board member replies.

A person from your inner circle was bragging before the election, that when we get control of the Board that all of the road equipment was going to be sold to a friend and he would get the contract for the roads. I don't know if this was true or not.

There was no need to try to belittle, degrade or call me names. To Brain North , you seem to thinl you are better than the members of the Association. YOU ARE NOT. To tell me to pipe down before I make a spectacle of myself, is uncalled for, to call me names was also uncalled for Then you accused me and someone else of non payment of annual Assessment which was a Big Ass Lie and you know it. Which might be illegal to say as the Board Treasurer to the public. It seams like you are starting a rumor here towards me and any person that you don't like.

Calling longtime land owners as the AIGING list is totally dis respectful and a insult to the members of the Association. May be we will call you children. The current Board members need to show some respect and not belittle or degrade or insult or call names to members of the Association it is unbecoming as s Board member. I believe the current Board members need to resign because of your language, disrespect, insults and prejudices towards Association members that argue with or that you don't like.

You are to bring your personnel feelings towards members, because of all this the current Board Members need to resign from the Board. Any retaliation done to me, my family or property because of what I said will not be tolerated, and I will hold the current Board member responsible.
