First it would really be helpful to publish an agenda in advance of the meeting and since the meeting schedule has changed, advance notification of the date time and Zoom info would be useful too and increase participation.

Second, if you are not going to un-mute the Zoom participants, you should have someone monitor the chat so the questions and comments can be addressed, Or at the least ask if there are any questions or comments. Thank you.
