As stated earlier, I have no access to the meeting minutes.
I am curious to know if the Board went through with opening a bank account solely in the name of our Treasurer and not with the three Board Representatives like every other corporation that does business? If it is solely in one person's name, do we have access to the independent third party audit?
On a side note: When will the Ramada be back to operating conditions? Everything has been removed including the BBQ we had donated. The community is having a get together on Sept 5 and would like to utilize our community amenities.

Thanks Brian. I am okay with waiting until board election (Feb I believe). As I read the comments on the message board, there appeared to be a high sense of urgency to get the picnic tables back to the ramada ... which appeared to be the driving issue in August. If things have changed and there is no urgency, then I am good with waiting. I just want to see people work together, talking in person, for one agreed upon solution. From what I hear and read everyone is pretty much in agreement with the solution at a high level, just need to iron out the details.
A few points all property owners reading this need to keep in mind ... the board is responsible for protecting and utilizing LOA assets as they see best. The board also sets the budget and approves all expenditures. The rest of us should express our perspectives and provide these to the board to assist the board in making decisions. But once the board makes a decision ... it is the decision. This is why we elect the board. In the 20 years I have owned property at the ranch, I have disagreed with many board decisions ... I've expressed my view ... but once the decision was made (often not what I wanted), it was time for me to move on with it. ... Now if I could just get our federal politicians to do what I want ....
