HOA FEES
What is the new HOA Fee is it still $300 and when is it due. My bill came and says that I owe $0 for this year 2023.( I paid the $300 in Feb of 2023) Will they send a new bill out in January or is there a mistake. Will the amount be $300 in 2024? Should this be for 2024?

Miss Leila, I tried bringing up items and concerns with this board only causing undue stress to myself. This is the reason I have removed all posts and comments I give up on this board. Maybe new people can run for board seats and I can resume with concerns and ideas. Until then I’m out surveying the beautiful countryside and wildlife. Considering I have never received a ballot of whos who and running for what seat it’s hard to be involved. All I can say is good luck to those who think they’re running for seat.
