Passing of Daniel Rice
Hello all.
I am Rebecca, Dan's daughter, and as indicated by the title, my father has unfortunately passed away. He owned parcel 511, near one of the community wells and would regularly share photos with me of the new developments and different neighbors that he had out there. I just wanted to let anyone who might be interested know. I will likely go out there soon to see his land where he planned on building his retirement dream, but don't plan on keeping the land myself. I'd rather it be loved and used by someone who has a similar dream as his instead of it just sitting out there for years, not being enjoyed. And on that note, I've been wondering if there are any rules or minimum number of acres, etc when selling only a part of a parcel, or is it an all or nothing kind of thing? There definitely isn't anything in the works now, but I'm just thinking about when going forward.

So sorry for the loss of your father. May you find peace soon. I agree with Mr. North. Please seek the guidelines of the county. It makes it a lot easier later on down the road.
