CPI mailing
According to the calendar on the Members Area, CPI should have mailed the annual assessment notices on December 15. No one that I know of has yet received them. If memory serves, someone needs to contact them to trigger this mailing? Would like to hear something from the Board on what we can expect?

I WILL AGREE there is a fine line as to what is necessary and what is not. To pay out funds for someone to go eat a hotdog and picnic supplies. Raffle off a TV for showing up to a meeting and the list goes on as to where all the money does go. Dumpsters for those that cant take care of their own garbage. If you haul it in ,you should haul it out. Everyone should be accountable for their own selves and not rely on everyone else like the woke group to foot the bill. If the assessments cannot be mailed out on time there should be no penalties. Dont single out the fire department issue unless you know the full story. Please. Maybe your relative was behind the issue. Money Money Money
