I hadn't visited the website for some time, and my wife, Marilyn, and I were wondering why we hadn't received a bill for the POA dues yet. Imagine our surprise and consternation when I went to the forum and read about the issues facing us as property owners and the property governance itself. We've always appreciated the hard work the board does, so it came as a surprise that it was having problems.
I don't know what we could do to help but are willing to pitch in with some administrative tasks. I see it's too late to apply for a board seat, so that's out, but there must be something we could do. Going to the property is a major (five-hour) expedition for us what with living just north of Tucson. But we have excellent internet service and reliable emails, and phones that work.
