Fellow Property Owners;

I am using this platform since 2 previous attempts at contacting the board with an inquiry regarding the lack of 5 consecutive street name signages in Unit 5 on the way to my properties have failed to succeed in their objectives.

My first inquiry on Aug 8 read;

Problem Description:

"Question Regarding Street Signage In Unit 5 - There does not appear to be street signage for the following roads (the poles are there, but no signs); - Outlook - South Well Rd - Mohave Rd - Gila Dr - Pipestone Rd

I apologize if there was some prior related info or explanation that I am not aware of. Thank you Joseph"

This attempt resulted in nothing more than a ticket being opened by the Board for a requested inquiry, and that the Board would contact me via email.

Without further communication from the Board, I submitted a second inquiry

On Aug 15 which read;

"I did so (meaning the reason for sending the Board the inquiry in the first place) at the embarrassment of the feedback from a contractor I had sent to the property for an estimate for possible services.

I provided a map showing the streets as obtained from the CCR website.

He was not happy because of the difficulty encountered in attempting to find the property when the following signs were not present;

- Outlook - South Well Rd - Mohave Rd - Gila Dr - Pipestone Rd

Note: I verified that the signs were not present.

As of this email I have not received feedback.

Will the signs be put back?

Is this a property owner's responsibility?

Why were they removed?

Since no Board feedback has been received to date, I am using this platform to seek any input, clarification or enlightenment from the community regarding this signage issue.
