FYI HB 2662 was signed into law on April 30th,2024. It will go into effect 90 days after the legislature sine die (ends session). The amendment to the open meeting law (ARS 33-1248) stipulates THE SECRETARY SHALL ALSO PROVIDE AN AGENDA FOR ANY MEETING OF THE MEMBERS' ASSOCIATION BY HAND DELIVERY, MAIL, WEBSITE POSTING, EMAIL OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS OR POSTING AT A COMMUNITY CENTER OR OTHER SIMILAR LOCATION https://legiscan.com/AZ/text/HB2662/2024 This amendment should help increase communication between the board and property owners. Owners will now have a right to know about any item before a quorum of the board meets to take a vote or even discuss any matter unless it's covered by the emergency exception.

FYI the 56th Arizona Legislature ended session on 06-15-2024 after passing their budget. Friday, September 13, 2024 will be 90 days. That is when "The Board" will need to ensure they post the individual meeting agenda in advance with the meeting notice to provide members with a better opportunity to plan for the meetings..
