They won't even come to the South side of hutch, they claim insurance issues, well why do the owners on the south side of hutch pay for road improvements if we are NEVER going to get them.. I have suggested having a contractor twice a year come in do it, would be cheaper and ALL roads would get serviced not just the roads by the board members property, I say dissolve the road crew..
