Bring back the road crew from 2019 to 2022. With Joe Maroney‘s ideas, we got the most roads done. Have a shop with a dirt pit that saves us tons of money. We did have another pit, but somebody decided to sell it from underneath us. The idea was to have a piece of land with dirt material in each zone so we wouldn’t have to waste tons of fuel cost and have a temporary shop to keep the equipment at while working in those areas. I had a gre
at three years on the road crew. Wasn’t perfect, but we did get a lot done.
