Paying annual dues invoice- correct website
I just had the painful experience of dealing with Cornerstone Properties so hoping to spare our neighbors the headache...If you received a paper statement in the mail, you probably noticed a website address on the statement. This is NOT the website to pay your invoice. The website to pay is not listed on the invoice. It is https://cpihoa.com/ or https://portal.cpihoa.com/Default.aspx. If you go to the first cpihoa site, I was instructed NOT to go to Assessment Payment > Online Payment, but to go to Homeowners > Account Access, which is that second website link. I was able to pay my dues but I was sort of concerned about the address naming convention. Instead of my address on Dark Canyon Dr, it had my lot number on Chevelon Canyon Ranch with zip code 85222.
Hope this helps our neighbors. I spoke to Roxanne in accounting and she was more argumentative than helpful when I explained the issue I had and when I asked why the website to make the payment wasn't on the invoice. She also said that most homeowners pay by check, which is understandable if they don't give the website on the invoice.
