I am not a full time resident at the ranch but I believe I have the same rights as a full timer.
When will I get a notification on what the new dues are? I don't do fakebook too often and don't think it's the proper venue for ranch POA business. I've been happy with the roads( considering it's a primitive area) the 2 or 3 times a year I use the wells and the 6 or 8 times a year I use the trash bins. I just want to be informed.
