Hi, Just a quick update for our community. Our original member rights have (allegedly) been restored including the right to attend and vote at all meetings, the right to submit our own items for membership vote, and the right to vote on the time and date of our annual member meeting. The unreasonable powers of the board including giving themselves veto power over board nominations/ elections have been eliminated. Moving forward, we will be returning to anual elections and the board will not take future votes to improperly extend their terms in blatant violation of our bylaws as was done with Daniel Schilling to grant him a 3-year term. It's important to note that I only looked into the malfeasance at the administration level. I did not investigate our community finances. I can say we are long overdue for an external audit.
