As appreciated owners being mailed a newsletter, going forward please refrain from including misinformation. The only owners that drive 25mph or lower are those that do not reside on the ranch, those that do live on the ranch drive like they are qualifying for the Indy 500.
Secondly, as for the ranch being the perfect place to live, that applies to only those owners that chose that lifestyle. Owners like myself simply purchased to provide a legacy to our kids and grandkids. I suspect 80% of property owners purchased for the same reason. Remember, the POA must be inclusive to all owners, not just those that chose to live a hard lifestyle on the ranch.

Wait, first a newsletter? I live here and have trouble trying to drive 10 mph on these roads. Like Margie,I too, am in the unlumped group. I don’t know how anyone can drive fast on these shit roads I know speed doesn’t help. As witnessed first hand I dont think speed is a big factor in conditions of roads. These “roads” haven’t been properly maintained in many years. And with this non climate change no moisture means roads dryout to dust and then constant traffic travel at moderate speeds is what tears these roads up. Secondly I think this is the perfect place to live. Yep I too hope my kids and grandkids will be able to see what I love.
