Trouble paying assessment?
Update 2: they promptly sent me over my statement with balance owed on the assessment. I can pay it on the site for 3% convenience fee, but I also noticed that there is a mail in address.
It appears that cornerstone properties still manages Chevlon Canyon Ranch, but it has been acquired by Inframark and so there were some apparent growing pains.
Here is the info from the bottom of my statement:

Good luck, neighbors!
Update: Thanks neighbors, I was able to access the new site to pay. You guys rock!
New site, Inframark, is managing CCR payments (It is no longer the First Citizens site)
If you don't have an account with them yet, go here:
https://home.inframark.com/request-account
Give them the CCR info, unit, lot, as well as your mailing address, if it is different. They might ask you this information again when they reply. I used the information from the Navajo County Assessor's site.
They promptly respond with an account number and key and you can then sign up. In my case they attached the migration notice, dated today and some instructions for using the site.
Many thanks to Leila, Dolly, and the rest of you neighbors!
Carlos
Howdy all!
We have been having a bit of a time paying our assessment this year. The link to propertypay.firstcitizens.com on this sight an on correspondence from the Board is a valid link and the payment site seems to like the Management ID and Association. I enter my 3 digit parcel number and for address, my billing address, which is no the property location (I do not have an address yet from Navajo County - I just called Rural Addressing to ask for one and the person in charge is out for the week).
The payment site does not allow me to proceed and gives me an error as shown below.
I contacted Cornerstone Properties and they told me that they were no longer managing Chevelon Canyon's account. Is this true?
Can I just mail a check to the POA PO box, or am I doing something wrong?
Many thanks to the Board and all you fine neighbors.
Carlos

Well, apparently someone is reading these comments. I just got my welcome email. Completely different account number than I was given the other day. We'll see if it works.
