From the CCR Board re Trash Containers
Good Morning,
As an FYI, the trailer that hauls the trash containers is currently undergoing repair and refurbishment. The containers will not be emptied until the trailer is completed with the needed repairs.
Once the trash containers are full, please hold your trash and do not place on the ground. The crews have been cleaning up the mess that is caused when the animals rip open the bags to get at the goodys and then the wind blows the trash around.
A notice will be posted when trash service resumes or we have an alternative plan to collect the trash.

Isn’t it time to think about securing the trash dumpsters to assure only CCR owners are the ones using them, and maybe an effort to help lessen the construction, landscaping, and furniture debris thrown in them. I don’t want to believe that a CCR owner would leave trash on the ground and walk away from it. If those individuals are reading this, where’s your pride in your Ranch.
This might be the time to move the dumpster to a secure location or two, maybe only certain days and or hours available to throw out your trash, or we can continue to let all the others, (I have heard), throw out their trash too.
From what my experience is in trash, the volume of trash the Ranch is removing, is from a lot more than just a hundred or so families. Unless there are more “people” living on Ranch than what is actually known.
Which in my opinion would be exploiting the resources of the Ranch.
There’s limitations on animals and livestock we are allowed per acre. Is there any on human occupancy??
