Trash Day!!!!

So my understanding with regards to trash pickup/ haul-off is that the person who took over was going to dump it more often so we wouldn't have an overflow problem.
My question is what day does that happen ?

Why is there only one lock that has the correct combo. If people are resetting them so they have reserved garbage privileges .... My suggestion is take them off all together so we all can throw away trash, the drive for us on the south side of the ranch is extensive and having to bring my trash back home to return it later is NOT ok. I noticed some throw trash on the ground when it's full and locked up tight. Is that the recommended practice??

One small suggestion, if you have boxes, please crush them before you dump them, that will save space. As for the locks it is useless, for one thing I can never get them right and the doors are so hard to pull for a short person ! :)
