Code of Conduct for Board Members.
What happened to the "code of conduct for Board Members" on the Governance page?? Someone has removed it entirely. It was created for a reason. It acted as a guideline for current and incoming board members to adhere to. You can't just eliminate a governance document because you don't like it.

Keep the water flowing, the trash going and get to the roads when they get caught up on funds and things will be good. The only thing the governance page need to say is " minimal governance is good governance".
