2024 Annual Budget
I still have not seen a budget for this year and we are 7 months deep into it. I find it nearly impossible to justify an annual assessment increase as well as a special assessment without having a budget to begin with. Just because the bank balance is low does not justify either. I’m hoping the Board is awake to this fact, will provide a 7/2024-12/2024 Budget and adjust spending accordingly based on funds on hand. I would highly suggest spending the next 5 months collecting delinquent assessments.
<Edit> Said Budget should reflect spending in relation to available existing funding!

I am only replying not only as a concerned property owner who lives out here full time, but concerned about the budget and I have a customer who has told me that her son was hired for the road crew. I would like to know the difference between being hired vs voluntary/internship. I too, have concerns with what happens here and I love my community. I think everyone should have the opportunity to ask questions without fear of it creating arguments, bullying or intimidation.
