Well, 2 seeping water out of tank. Electric wire exposed from the PVC pipe on black tank on the backside
I don’t know if anybody noticed the tank has a minor leak somewhere on the backside where that electrical wire is and someone said. it could create more damage, freezing, and expanding the hole making it worse. Wanted everybody to know.

Lack of “any” kind of maintenance period.
Well #1 the stand pipe valve has been leaking there and getting worse the handle is about ready to break off. Hopefully in the closed position, but in 30plus years of maintenance, I’ve never seen that happen. So more than just roads needs some serious attention here.
