I received a nasty letter in the mail about my assessment.. I paid my assessment at the February meeting, I walked up and handed it directly to Sharon before she quit. they sent me a letter, sent out on 4/20 after cashing my check to inform me they are putting a lien on my property, I purposely missed the 4/26 meeting because I didn't want A fireworks show ..

Just---- don't threaten the people who's paying on time, Go after the one's who haven't paid in years !!!!
