This is Paula Platt writing this comment, just to be transparent. We too look at Joe as a good neighbor. We love our home at the ranch which we call Windy Ridge. Soon, very soon, it will be a full time retirement home. For sure within 2 years. The road improvements have been very encouraging, that we can all work together. There has been way to much in-fighting and bickering. We are out here to get away from that mess. If it is not aggregious or down right feloneous, then just let it go for pete's sake. On that note, we both look forward to doing our share when we can after we are permanent residents. Joe, thanks again for a job well done!
