Association Management Failing
We recently received notice we are delinquent on our assessment we paid a few months ago. Does anyone have a good phone number or other proven way to contact the association management people?
The most recent letter had website links that don't work at all or that ask for information we don't have. Our account "can't be found" or "can't be created." Makes it tough to get anything done. We called a random Inframark number and they don't know anything about Chevelon Canyon Ranch or us individually even though we got the letters from them at our home address. The person we talked to "is not allowed to give out any information."
We found an older message on message board with a number for them that "is no longer in service." We attempted to engage via their chatbot but that has not proven helpful. Has anyone been able to figure out how to contact the people who presumably are working for us? There must be a better way. Thanks Sandertodd57@gmail.com

I want to thank @Lori Viscardi for her email today confirming that our payment has been properly credited and that our account is current. Volunteer community leadership is often difficult and time consuming and my wife and I appreciate her efforts and help.
