Update on trash trailer and containers.
The trailer has been repaired, Well one was emptied but the trash is almost full again due to high demand in that area.
Well two is about 3/4 full, Well one will get emptied again in the next day or two and then Well two will be emptied.
After that we should be back on a regular, well at least "Ranch Regular" schedule
Thank you for your patience and please remember to not leave trash on the ground around the dumpster. Also no large items like mattresses. Folks like myself and others have the ability to haul large items to the dump for a small fee, or you can arrange with the trash team to have them meet you during a swap out to open the large back doors so large items can be placed inside.

Miss Cari the locks on the dumpsters have been missing or left open since I’ve been here. I believe, only based on my housing experience. There are a lot more “people“ using the trash dumpsters than what is believed to live here.
I mentioned human occupancy in a reply here recently. I think this may be a time to bring up “human”occupancy. Per acre. Per lot.
Let’s say, I have several “associates” move on my lot using the trash dumpsters and thousands of gallons of water per month, isn’t that abusing the Ranches resources, paying only one lot fee??
If this is the reason why so much trash is being removed, even locking them behind closed gates won’t stop the people throwing away trash.
I think something should have been included in the original CCR’s, to try and get something included, now will be nearly impossible. And more than likely this will inflame more than a few people if even mentioned.
