General Discussions/Comments

So I received a letter from Sentry management stating "It was decided to not increase the annual assessments for 20206" a couple months ago. I just received my assessment for 2026 and instead of $300.00 like last year it is now $348.00. I have called and left many messages for the POC on the first letter(Laura Nevarez, the other one on there no longer works there) and have gotten no calls returned. Any one else seen an increase? Hoping it is just a clerical error.
