Just the facts!
The last increase on assessment dues was back in 2015! How has the cost of living effected you since that time! Long term property owners understand the need for the increase. Verifiable in the Fall 2021 Newsletter!
There are 120 miles of road in Chevelon Canyon Ranch that the road crew maintains. The roads to the wells and dumpsters are the first priority! Secondary rounds are worked on asap. We live in the high desert land, rock, and sand. The wind causes rumbles on the road, monsoons wash the road away. Hutch Road is maintained by county. Unless you have control of the weather, the roads are the best they have been in years. Would you like to go back to one lane and 10miles per hour to get from point A to point B? Long timers know and understand!
I personally would like to know why the road crew stopped doing Friday maintenance repair on the road vehicles? If that had been kept in place the machinery wouldn't need the repairs they do caused by lack of maintenance. Costing thousands instead of basics replacement/repair of vehicles. So, I don't have the answer, but I do know we have to stay on course and maintain routine.
Don't just complain! ASK, LEARN, and UNDERSTAND, Stop criticizing unless it is helpful! Easy to sit back and complain, are you willing to help? Are you willing to Ask, Learn and possibly Understand.
No we do not have the answers, yet! New Board, New Input, this is a first go around for many, we are toddlers learning to walk. Don't ask why we aren't running a marathon.
Tired of the B.S.
Thanks
