What has the Road Crew been up to?

CCR POA Roads Crew Team has been actively working to improve nearly impassable roads

following various mechanical failures on our equipment. During this downtime the Roads Crew

Team tackled a few improvements on Well 1 and the Ramada.

But First! Roads!!! Currently the Roads Crew Team is working on Buck Tank Road to ensure reasonable and

adequate passage from the west side properties to well 2, This work takes a while to complete as

the team is trying to build the roads in such a way that they stay for years to come instead of

washing away on the first major storm.

Well 1 During the previously mentioned downtime, the team ran power and water lines over to the

Ramada to enable us ease of cleaning of the common area and power for the new location of the

Starlink connection.

Ramada The team also has been building an office in the ramada shed to help the POA board members

centralize operations moving forward. Thank you to David Jones for providing all the wood from

his sawmill for construction.

Hunter Deterrent The team has been also working on the placement of orange rocks and new signs that represent

the privacy of all roads that enter the ranch off Hutch road. We will continue to work on all the

other roads that have the potential for hunter entrance onto our private CCR maintained roads.

Future Agenda

Currently the team has set goals to move our next road creation further west to construct roads

that have never been touched. We have a few new neighbors that need 4 wheel drive vehicles to

get in and out of their properties.

Our property is on Waverly Drive, lot 458. I dont think Waverly or MegansWay has ever been touched. Once we turn off Buck Tank it's 2mph to our driveway.
