Annual Assessment Timeline
January 1: Property owners are notified of annual assessment dues.
April 15: Any unpaid assessment for the year is considered late and a late notice is issued.

I don't have any concerns with the policy, but Sentry Management is terrible. I tried numerous times to provide my contact information and they still don't have it. I've never received any communication from them, ever. I had to spend about an hour on the phone to have them give me my account number for one of the Lots I own, and they couldn't help me with the other because it doesn't have a mailing address assigned by the County yet. Sentry is probably fine dealing with tract houses and condos, but they are incompetent handling raw land. Surely we can do better!
