CPI ASSESSMENT DUES ERROR
CPI has informed us that they have printed out incorrect assessment dues. Property Owners are receiving dues for $0.00, or addressed to the old owners. CPI is correcting the issue and any updates will be posted. Property owners should contact CPI (602-433-0331) with questions. This year's fee will REMAIN UNCHANGED from last year. Apologies for any confusion.
