3/23 Meeting Recording and Interim election announcement
At today’s meeting Nomination forms were distributed to all in attendance for an Interim Board position that will expire 5/31/2024. This interim board will produce and mail the Nomination forms to all ownership, collect via USPS and mail the subsequent ballots as prescribed via USPS. Additionally Sharon Wirth will remain in this interim position to facilitate necessary POA accounts payable duties to keep our POA operating for vital functions. Ownership should expect a letter along with a nomination form within the next 21 days. Once returned to the POA mail PO Box, the Ballot will be produced and mailed via USPS to all property owners for return to CCR no later than (5/21/2024). The next ownership meeting is anticipated to be Saturday June 1st where in person ballots will be collected and all ballots including those returned by mail will be tallied and the owner voted Board will be seated. At this time the positions for the Interims has not been selected. I suggest we as ownership show a little patience, return your nomination forms and ballots in a timely manner so we as a POA can move forward. With this interim and immediate Board our hope is that communication with the Board and ownership is with openness. Our wish is to have a community that grows together.
