I’ll also add in regards to a Special Assessment, you can kiss my white ass! I suggest enforcing Art XIII Sec III of the CC&R’s charging full time resident owners the cost of the generator as they are the one’s using roads and wells including trash on a regular basis.
I won’t pay a Special Assessment on something that was supposed to be rendered obsolete when Solar well heads were approved and installed!
