One comment that was made at the June 22nd meeting stuck with me. This lady was upset with me for disrupting her personal gravy train of community funds. She didn't seem to give two shits about the board mismanaging association funds in the first place as long as she was able to continue being paid. Interestingly, the board continues to blame the shortfall on litigation instead of their inability to form and follow a budget or even maintain an accurate account of monies in the account each month. Unfortunately, low-information members accept that excuse hook, line, and sinker absolving the board of any responsibility.
