Nomination Forms have been mailed 4-1-2024 - No Joke
The nomination forms for a new Board were delayed because of clarification of the Bylaws for
the past 20 years. The county does not “require” Bylaws to be registered. But if the Bylaws are
not registered, new owners never receive said Bylaws. If the Bylaws are registered new owers
receive them and are aware of the rules and regulations by the CCR POA. Otherwise there is
no clarification of the rules to follow. It is helter skelter!
The Bylaws are on the website to review, if there is discrepancies then a vote can be made to
adjust and amend.
The Amended Bylaws were viewed and legal statues were included by Association Laws,
Krupick & Spears, —----- She will assist with inquiries at a cost.
On the nomination form you will notice that there is a personal address to return your
nomination form. There lies the question of (past) Bylaws and their importance to be unbiased.

theboard@ccrpoa.com. An unbiased, non-board, non-interim board person will collect and bring
to the June 1st meeting for recording.
The Board worked tirelessly to get the website up and running for two years. So yes, things
were delayed but not forgotten
