Attention Property Owners. We are placing 2 - 5000 gallon water tanks up for auction with the starting bid of $3100.00 To place your bid, you can send it to vp@azccrpoa.com or Mail it to P O BOX 755 Heber ,Az 85928 or Place your bid in the mailbox at the office at the Ramada With your bid, please put your Lot# - your name , your email address, and phone number so we can contact you if you have the winning bid. Please have your bid to us by November 30th. We will count these and notify the owners that place the winning bid by Dec 10th. In the case we have 2 identical bids, those 2 owners will take one tank each, If we have three or more identical bids, we will then have those owners submit a new offer for a tie breaker with the bid starting with the tied amount.
