Agree. Jerry, probably just needs to be reviewed on a monthly basis to keep it to buy, sell, trade. May also want to have a time limit since a lot of us tend to forget to remove ads after we sell something. Who me? I wouldn't do that. Maybe put a note on the page that listings over x months will be retired. Just some thoughts.
